Principle of working of the electrical filter:
During coffee roasting the exhaust gases are eliminated and then can be purified by this electrostatic filter, until the fume became clean. The process can be controled until is reaching 95-98% roasting gases purification (by the lamblack).
The equipment is conected by 2 metal tubes: one to the roaster and one to the fresh air supply.
Easy to use and use to keep maintanance.
Depending of the time usage is recomended to clean the filter elements.
The filter elements are removed from the equipment box and washed with a stream of hot water.
